The menudo here is incredibly flavorful, featuring plenty of tripe and tendon without any hominy, and is very affordable. The carne asada tacos stand out as the best I've had, with tender, juicy meat and a green salsa that is so good it could be drunk. Despite the space being older and occasionally having a lingering cleaning scent, the restaurant is clean, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and hospitable.
