I had a similar experience. The food is decent but the arrogant serviee has kept me from going back. The real kicker was some tables were receiving excellent service. Management should take note and make the required changes. There is NO EXCUSE for impolite service. A whole ratings point was deducted for that inexcusable infraction.

If the restaurant has enjoyed success in spite of a few arrogant biased-acting employees, imagine how much more profitable it would be, if the service was consistent.

Billy Bob's Steak House in Sam's Town - For Dinner

Month Visited: 03/08 - Bad Meal
Nice room. Decent food. Horrible service. We usually eat at the steakhouse at Arizona Charlie's, but decided to try Billy Bob's. Our server seemed annoyed that we were sat in her station. Maybe she was ready to go home?
When she brought our salads i asked for pepper, because she didn't bring it with her. She reached over the table and handed me the regular pepper shaker that was on the table. I guess she didn't have the time to bring the pepper grinder. I ordered my steak med, but got it rare. It took about 15 minutes for her to come back to fix it. I will never go there again. 19646
