I visited this location on June 27, 2023, and had someone else place my order, so I can't speak to the store's interior or staff interactions. However, the ice cream I received, a chocolate soft serve with whipped cream, oreo cookies, and hot fudge, was fresh and well-prepared. Surprisingly, my order was ready in just 5 minutes and held up well in the humid weather, avoiding the expected melting mess. Additional napkins would enhance the experience in case of quicker melting.
