If you're craving fresh, flavorful Mexican food with a fantastic variety of salsas and house-made chips, this casual joint near SIU delivers every time-whether you're sober, tipsy, or somewhere in between. The staff knows your name, the burritos are packed with quality ingredients, and the nachos loaded with toppings like mango salsa and jalapeños are pure bliss; plus, the prices won't make your wallet cry.

This casual Mexican restaurant on the Strip offers a fantastic selection of fresh, made-from-scratch options that are always delicious. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. With affordable prices and quick service, it has become one of my favorite spots for takeout in Carbondale, especially for their amazing burritos and nachos.
