This Chinese comfort food is carb-loaded with crispy pork that's fatty but oh so tasty. The broth should be sipped separately to let those delicious flavors soak into the noodles for the full experience. It's not a regular spot for me, but when the craving hits for quality noodles and crispy pork, this place hits the mark.
