On October 14, 2023, I discovered a unique rolled ice cream shop at Atlantic and Garvey in Monterey Park, conveniently located next to Daikokuya restaurant. Their operating hours are Friday 7pm to 12am, and Saturday and Sunday 4pm to 12am. Despite the shop being under construction, the friendly staff took orders by the door, offering quick service and delicious rolled ice cream flavors.
