Received food with hair in it. Got order replaced, saved it for later assuming would be ok. Opened untouched container next day and 2nd order also having hair in it!
1st incident, store did not throw out contaminated food on bar area being served to customers & make new batches - meaning multiple customers served from same contaminated batch!
Store only willing to replace with more food, not issue refund b/c complaint made next day when orders cleared out daily.
No manager on duty- given # for mngr in Memphis who doesn't answer.
