The hand-pulled noodles and dumplings are super tasty here, and the prices won't break the bank. I'll be back for sure. The steamed dumplings are a highlight - 10 for $3 is a steal. The beef fried rice was solid too. Despite the slightly run-down vibe, Lucky Happy is a great spot to grab a satisfying meal without spending too much.
