On a frigid Friday night, my wife and I decided to warm up with a bluegill fish fry, only to find ourselves in a nearly deserted dining room with our server seemingly in hiding. While the food hit the spot-delicious fish and crispy fries-the service was a bit of a scavenger hunt, leaving us wondering if we'd get extras or just the bill when we were done!
