I have been in and out since the place opened in Pooler. Several months ago, I purchased a smoother and was in my way to Ft Stewart, when I started choking from the smoothie. Later found small pieces of a plastic bag throughout the smoothie. I went back and reported it to a store worker, since the mgr was not in and the worker asked “if I wanted another in it’s place”, which I promptly refused. Left my name and cell number for the mgr, but never got a call. In the past month, I’ve given them another chance, but hut since given it up. I won’t say all of the employees, but 95 % have the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. Snotty, nasty, arrogant impatient and straight out rude. No greetings and scowls on their faces as if it’s my pleasure to spend my money in the store. Just that behavior has driven me to make my own smoothie at home. Thanks for nothing
