I've seen this place open and change hands, themes, and menus several times. Was in there yesterday for beers and dinner with a friend. The GM was there and informed us about daily specials for those who work on Aberdeen Proving Ground plus 10% military discounts. She was very friendly and attentive but the bartenders were a bit slow and not on top of refilling drinks. The food and menu were improved and they fixed the noise level issues by insulating the ceiling. Now all that they really need is a theme that works. I think the new GM has them moving in the right direction and I hope they succeed. They have a great location that is super convenient for lunch, happy hour, dinner and drinks.
