My service manger ordered our lunch today to be delivered to our shop using the website. The order showed delivered at about 1:45 yet was not. i called the delivery driver and the restaurant as well only to be called a liar stating that I never made an order this is even after providing an order number. Zena (the manager) then said she was not the manager and sherry was and for me to call back as she wont be able to do anything. At no time was an apology made for the order being messed up, or even stating that the third party delivery service must have goofed and they could help to resolve. Instead, deny help of any kind.
Robert and I have eaten here many times and seldom have any issues but today has marked the last time I do business with this establishment unless I hear back from them with at the very least an apology.
