Last Saturday, I experienced Fairways for the first time and was impressed by the elegant dining atmosphere, which exceeded my expectations for a golf course restaurant. The beef short ribs were exceptional-so tender they melted in my mouth-making me eager to return to try the sizzling steaks and tempting burgers I saw at other tables.
