After several years away, I returned to Good Time Poke to find their setup largely unchanged, enjoyed the minimalist flavors of the "Rub My Belly" poke bowl with its torched salmon belly and crispy nori, and was thrilled to discover that they are transforming into a cocktail bar while continuing to offer delicious food and drinks, reaffirming my belief that this is the best poke in Southern California, especially with their fresh ingredients and excellent service that keeps me coming back even after changing jobs.
