Walking through the Noren curtain, the warm glow of the room and the gentle hum of the chefs at work immediately transported me to a quiet corner of Japan. The spicy miso ramen's creamy, thick broth and the seasonal chicken shoyu's delicate, tangy flavors created a comforting harmony, while the unexpected burst of spice from the kale added a lively twist to every bite.
