The burritos here always stay perfectly intact, so I never need a fork, and I love building mine with a mix of meats and dipping it in the grenade sauce-it's absolutely delicious. Watching them press fresh tortillas right in front of me and choosing all my toppings makes the whole experience feel personalized and fresh every time. Even when they ran out of rice once and it took longer than expected, the manager's genuine apology and a free burrito bowl made me appreciate their excellent customer service even more.
