The texture of the cheung fun here is excellent, with fresh, soft rice noodles and generous fillings like beef, pork, or shrimp, all made quickly and affordably. Although the sweet soy sauce they provide is a bit watered down, the option to drench the rolls in soy sauce enhances the flavor, making it a satisfying choice for a quick, delicious meal.

The texture of the changfen is really good, but the sweet soy sauce it comes with is a bit watered down and lacking in flavor. It would be nice if they offered the option of regular soy sauce instead. Hong Kong Dim Sum is a cozy spot with limited seating, perfect for a quick grab-and-go meal of fresh rice noodles with a variety of tasty fillings to choose from.
