The thick biscochitos I tried at the downtown Farmer's Market were exceptional, featuring a light, melt-in-your-mouth texture with just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar. I purchased some at Brooks in ElDorado during a recent visit and was pleased to discover they can be ordered online, making it easier to enjoy them throughout the year.
