Although I was initially hesitant due to mixed reviews, my experience at Chopt in Rockville, Maryland exceeded expectations with generous portions and delicious flavors, especially the Santa Fe salad. The friendly and attentive staff, including Joel and Brianna, made customizing my meal a welcoming experience, and despite minor issues with table cleanliness and online ordering, the overall quality and service keep me coming back.

Salad is always exceptionally fresh and crisp I especially appreciate the customer service. The girl with the red glasses I wish I had her name that is how I can only describe her right now she was exceptionally great at interacting while making great recommendations.. absolutely satisfied !
