Why not open in San Luis Obispo, I assure more customers along the center of commercial places where the Costco located, but no Filipino restaurant, I guaranty most folks of all races they love Filipino cuisine, especially Pancit and sotanghon simple soup with thin slice cabbage and carrots only OK for them.
