Some days the sushi is great and some days just fine. Hibachi is always good. The rolls are usually better than the sashimi.

I ordered Sushi there. My daughter-in-law picked it up. It was the wrong order. I live 10 miles away and when I called them to explain I had the wrong order they wanted me 2 Drive back to the restaurant and bring them the wrong order back and then pay for my order. There is a sign posted in the restaurant that says if you leave here with this food you cannot bring it back or exchange it. Then how come did they want me to bring back the wrong order and pay for my order. I will never order there again and I love sushi. The customer is never right.

I ordered lunch on 9/15/17 . The Food is great! I love their fried rice, the Yaki Udon Noodle and the Sushi. I've tried almost every type of the cooked and deep fried. My favorite is the L.S.U. roll. My only complaint I have is while I was checking out at the cash register, the cashier took my money, stopped to answer a text message then opened the register received another text,stopped to answer the text then finished the transaction! I am in the Food and Beverage Industry and this is a big No No. This was the 1st time this has happened to me at Watami. It won't stop me from dining there because the food is delicious, but that type of behavior needs to stop A.S.A.P. It will stop future business with some customers
