During my time in Trinidad, I spent months in Port of Spain where I indulged in the local cuisine. The jerk chicken I tried was perfectly spiced, accompanied by generous servings of rice and beans and sautí©ed cabbage. The $5 lunch specials provided an abundance of flavorful food that was impossible to finish in one sitting. Ruben, the owner and cook, ensured a warm and welcoming experience that left me eager to return for more of his delicious dishes.
