By The Bay Bistro in Osprey is a charming little spot that serves some of the best croissants I've ever had, especially the chocolate one. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a perfect place to enjoy a delicious iced mocha or a fresh sandwich while soaking in the European vibe.
