Went for the first time about 60 days ago and have gone back now five times. Each time we've been served by Tymbre, who is so well trained and talented that she made the food (and drinks) taste better. She's on a par with servers in find-dining places in London, Paris, Hong Kong and Manhattan. She knows how they make their dishes, what goes with what, and makes the whole dinner extremely graceful and pleasant.
This is now my favorite restaurant in a 100 mile radius :-)
