We door dash from your restaurant at least twice a month only because Taco Riendo do not door dash. Last week we ordered from you La Carreta and my wife ordered shrimp fajitas and you did not put the beans, rice or tortillas with the order and you told her to call back on the next order and you would add her food to it. Tonight she called and you tell her she don’t get the shrimp and she only wants free food. Well, you made the decision easy for my church friends on Sunday and the other money we spend throughout the year. We will not be back, I don’t need free food. I manage a 40 million dollar business and I understand customer service. Thank you for making my decision a simple one in the future. El Patio and Taco Riendo it will be from now on. Thanks for your time.

OUR order was wrong! After, I ask to repeat it back, Twice! Food was cold!!! I had to drive back, while my food is getting colder, to get what we ordered to start with!! VERY RUDE WHEN I GOT THERE!!! After paying $50 for my order and tipping!!!! For them to say “if we messed it up”!!After, telling me not to bring it back, she remembered!! If not, why would you replace it??! Pretty sure it’s not to hard to “hold the beans and make a taco”!! Regular customer’s that WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
