Suzy Thai is one of the top food trucks in Utah, offering incredible curry dishes that are a must-try. Suzy herself is a delight to interact with and her mango sticky rice is a heavenly treat. The portions are generous and the service is exceptional - I highly recommend stopping by for a satisfying and delicious meal.
