I tried out two different spots recently. One spot I checked out was Fuegos Express. I ordered four veggie tacos and they were amazing, with a spicy kick to them. The red sauce was hot and delicious, and even the salsa had a nice kick to it. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't offer beer, but the food came out quickly and was really good. It might just become my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Pampa.
