I recently stumbled upon a delightful food truck parked outside of Research Park Blvd offering an array of tasty options for lunch. I tried their bahn mi sandwich of the day, which featured succulent pulled pork on a soft, fresh baguette with a delectable combination of cucumbers, cilantro, pickled daikon, and carrots. The savory/vinegar sauce added a nice touch, though I personally would have preferred a bit more of it. Overall, for $7, it was a satisfying meal that I would definitely return for and explore other menu choices.
