Living in LA, I had heard a lot about Eggslut but never tried it until I visited the Cosmopolitan food court, where I finally ordered the Gaucho sandwich and was impressed by its tender meat, flavorful sauce, and perfectly cooked runny egg. Although the price was a bit steep and the wait time somewhat long, the fast and friendly service combined with delicious food made the experience worthwhile.
