After my initial visit to Mezcalero on Rt 1 left me underwhelmed, a friend suggested trying the DC location, which I eventually did. Despite parking being a bit challenging, once inside, the experience was worth it. The chicken mole dish exceeded my expectations with its smoky, sweet flavors and the overall meal was fantastic.
