We went to Lin Bbq a few weeks ago. We placed an order to pick up. I advised when I placed the order it would be on a credit card. When we got to the restaurant we were told that the order was only 19.00 so we had to be charged an extra dollar to be able to use a credit card. If I would have been told that on the phone I would have ordered something else. So we tried the restaurant again last night. I made sure my order was over 20.00. I spoke with Wendy who told me she was the manager. She read the order back to me correctly. After we got home the Order was incorrect. So I called and spoke to Wendy again. She was EXTREMELY rude. She never once even said she was sorry. She wasn't willing to do anything to make the order correct. She wasn't willing to refund the money. NOTHING!!! She ended up hanging up on me. I called back several times to get hung up on every time. I even called back the next day just to get hung up on again!!! The food was horrible!! Very very salty!! I would not recommend to anyone unless you want to be treated rudely and hung up on!! Horrible service and horrible food!!! I would not give any stars if that was an option!!!
