Horrible customer service. Management does not care.The last two times I ordered there were missing items. One time they had called while making it to say they were out of the cajun corn. That's fine, I substituted both for fries. Cajun corn costs more. Not only did they fail to refund the cost difference but they totally forgot one of the fries as well as an order of 6 rolls. The next time they forgot the rolls again. I called and was told a manager was not available but one would call me the next day. That was a month ago never got a call. I filled out a survey and on the survery it asked why I was not "very satisfied" so I explained the missing items and lack of outreach. Never got a reply to that. So I went to the corporate site and filed a complaint 2 different days. No reply. So I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau who reached out to Wingstop corporate over a week ago. Have not heard a thing. They were happy to take my money and unwilling to return the $15 they basically stole from me by not providing the items I paid for or charging me for the appropriate items when their more expensive item was not available. It wouldn't be a huge deal except for Wingstop totally ignoring me and not seeming to give a crap.

Between those 2 orders I spent over $130... they lost themselves a good customer. In fact, earlier tonight I spent $62 at Buffalo Wild Wings and *they* did an excellent job there. Go there instead.

The funny thing is, when doing a review on their Facebook page, there are preset options you can select for "don't recommend" such as slow service or small menu. Poor customer service is not one of the presets.

Check out Yelp, Google, Facebook etc reviews and a similar pattern emerges of horrible management and bad customer service by poorly trained employees.
