There aren't many bakeries in Dearborn that serve kaak sandwiches, and I ordered two for carry-out: one with tangy labneh yogurt and vegetables, and the other with cheese and zaatar, priced around $5-6 each. The bread here is exceptional, and the friendly staff make for a pleasant experience; I often choose this bakery when I crave manaesh, as the food is fresh and flavorful.
