I am an avid coffee enthusiast who prefers whole beans for their freshness when ground daily. The Medium roast coffee offered by Kuxtal has surpassed all other coffees I've tried. Despite moving away from the area, I make a weekly trip to Lago Vista just to stock up on these exceptional beans from Guatemala. The owners, Regina and Scott, prioritize fair trade practices by sourcing beans from Regina's family plantation and roasting them in-house for a consistently fresh brew.
