Gaku offers some of the best bao and ramen I've ever tasted, with flavorful broths and perfectly cooked chashu that stand out in every bite. The service is attentive and quick, and the atmosphere is inviting, especially with the lovely outdoor seating that allows for a relaxing dining experience. Despite feeling under the weather, the simple grilled salmon and rice I ordered was exactly what I needed, showing their menu has something for every palate.
