Shoutout to the November weather for keeping my food cart adventures alive! Came across Masarap at the Library Mall - its bright yellow sign against the wooden exterior was like a beacon calling me in. The Filipino Fusion cuisine left me puzzled, but the handmade lumpia stole the show. Despite the dry pork adobo mishap, I'm willing to give it another shot in the spring - those lumpia are worth it!
