Mel B is an incredible bartender who brightens the atmosphere with her smile, ensuring everyone feels welcome. My recent visit for breakfast exceeded all expectations, with a diverse menu featuring high-quality food served fresh, and the attentive staff, especially George, made the experience even better. The unique setting within a grocery store adds to the charm, and I can't wait to return for more delicious meals and refreshing drinks.

Very poor customer service. Took me over an hour to speak to a manager, was told countless times by employees they didn't know how to do something and have wasted so much of my time just to get them to do the right thing. Which they still haven't. I completely give up and will never step foot in another Hy-Vee that is how disgusted I am with their customer service and management team. But at least (as I was told by the store director) they will use my experience for a training tool. Glad I could help train your employees. Where is my compensation for developing this portion of your training??? SMH
