After placing an order before 8pm on uber, the oder was accepted and was being processed. The uber driver waited for 15 minute after arriving the restaurant did not have an order for me. I contact the store and was told they made the order and someone picked it up. I spoke to Jordan someone that identified as a manager. I informed this person I order $62 of food and the driver is still waiting outside. This Jordan said he couldn't do anything because the grill and the store is close. I dont know why as residents of Poinciana we continue to get the worst customer service. These restaurants treat the community as they're doing us a favor by serving us. They fail to realize they wouldn't get pay if we didn't support their business. I have never been to a Zaxbys restaurant and was mistreated. I remembered when this location didnt just look clean and inviting but employees were friendly and cared about customer service after Covid they closed and rehired. These new employees are some of the worst.
