Eddie Ray's smoked sausage is truly delicious, so much so that I had my friend drop off my deer for processing. Even though I live 3.5 hours away in Galveston County, I made the 7-hour round trip to McGregor just to have their jalapeño and cheese link sausage made with my venison. One thing to note is that they prefer cash or checks, so be prepared with those payment methods. Also, they have another location, so it's worth checking if it's closer to you for your convenience.
