We tried to get into Win Son Bakery around 11am but saw a line out the door with no seating, so we headed to Win Son and immediately got seats at the bar. The food-from the pan-grilled pork buns and chicken waffles to the scallion pancakes and sesame noodles-was phenomenal, the service was outstanding, and the cozy, plant-filled space with brick walls and natural light made for an unforgettable dining experience.
