Service at this place is horrible!!! Rude, long waiting and food is cold!!!

Food might be good of you ever get it
Waited 30 mins in drive thru to not get dipping sauce or cheese burger i ordered
Went inside was purposely ignored by staff for 20 minuetes with 2 other patrons from drive thru whose orders were also meessed up while staff talking about going on break

I hate that hardee's is getting a bad wrap I like it and when I ask for fresh chicken I get it if there is something missing I call and they make up for it the next time I come in

The food is never hot and bad service . The order is ALWAYS WRONG

Sloppy messy food. No napkins with my messy take out food,
Staff is friendly...The only good thing about my visit. Would have been 1 star if not for employees being super nice.

You NEVER get what you order. The food is cold and sloppily put together. You never get the condiments you request.

The workers there have no manners and respect. It never fails they see you standing there and they will not ask you "Welcome to Hardees, can I help "You be waiting on your food for 15 mins, NO LIE!!!!!!! And they refry the food and serve it and the leftover been sitting so long they become salty!!

ordered a 5.00 box with chicken tenders and fries and cookie and drink . i only had half a order of fries and 2 1/2 chicken tenders . the fries were cold and hard and dark brown. they were old and dry.will never go here again as this is 2nd time ive gotten terrible food at this hardees.they are givng hardees a bad name. somebody needs to do something about this..
