The sno cones at Noemi's are a must-try! I've been a fan since Noemi first started her business when I was younger. My go-to is the blue coconut with sno cream - it's delicious! Remember to knock on the window if it seems closed, as the hours can vary for this small business. Trust me, these sno cones are a steal in Waco and offer a wide range of unique flavors that won't disappoint!
