The spicy and sour glass noodle order was ready within five minutes on a busy weekend night and stayed hot even after I got home, with extra vinegar added to suit my taste, though I would prefer a spicier option. Jian Bing Man, located in a bustling Korean Town food hall, serves authentic Chinese street food like the signature jian bing, which is made fresh to order with a crispy crepe, egg, and savory fried dough that provides a satisfying crunch. The seafood mini hotpot and noodle dishes are also flavorful and reasonably priced for NYC, with friendly service and the chance to customize orders, making it a convenient and tasty choice among the many offerings in the food court.

I grabbed a steaming bowl of spicy and tangy glass noodles to-go, and surprisingly, it only took about 5 minutes to have my order ready on a bustling weekend night. The noodles arrived piping hot even after my short trip back home, and I couldn't resist asking for extra vinegar on the side to amp up the sourness. The flavors hit just the right note for my taste buds, though I wouldn't mind a bit more kick in the spiciness level for that extra zing.
