The seven-course meal I had was packed with incredible flavors and creativity, from the perfectly seared wagyu short rib with truffle shoyu to the soft, crispy octopus in uni-miso cream. Sitting at the counter and watching the chef prepare each dish made the whole experience feel personal and special, even though the setting was simple and the service laid-back.
