The food truck we visited had a diverse menu with loaded fries, rice bowls, and sliders in addition to tacos. I decided to try the Meaty Mac with both Kung Pao Chicken and Mongolian Beef, and the portion size was larger than expected. The tender meat and stringy cheese made for a delicious meal, and the service was quick and friendly.
