Pastries and cakes are good, been there few times, came back today to buy more because I like the cakes... Very disappointed with the stuff, I asked for something, She just didn't want to give me where I want... I asked for a specific piece of cake , her response was that it is to cold , I insist that I really want that piece because it is exposed , she just refuse to sell me that... This experience make me to don't recommend this place or ever come back even that I like their product. Too bad..

Worst customer service experience I've had in United States!
I went there last night at around 6:30 and the lady server of approximately 30 years old was very rude with me and refused to sell me the pieces of cake I wanted. She picked whichever she wanted and argued with me that she cannot sell me the ones I picked because they were too cold. Her voice and attitude were very mean and disrespectful!
Management should do something about this employee, I will avoid this store from now on because of her.

I dislike the overusage of "amazing", so I choose Splendid, scrumptious, eye and mouth-watering Satisfaction. It is a pleasure to visit, look and choose delights every three days since 2017 Mother's Day when we went for crepes. The staff is personable, helpful and fun. Applaud the lady who does the cakes and the frosting art work, she deserves it. The family wants you to stay and relax, not just buy and run. So go for the feast for the eyes and mouth. You won't be disappointed.
