I have ordered about five cakes from Tin Pan Bakery, and each one has been delicious and reasonably priced, with a moist cake crumb and perfectly balanced Italian meringue buttercream. Their lemon cake with raspberry frosting features fresh raspberry purí©e, and other flavors I've tried include chocolate with peanut butter frosting and lemon with real blueberries in the center. While all items must be pre-ordered online for pickup, the bakery also offers a variety of cookies, pies, and unique treats like adult-only cookies, with the chocolate cream pie standing out for its rich homemade pudding and crunchy graham cracker crust.

I have purchased several cakes from Tin Pan and have always been satisfied with the quality. The pricing is fair, and the flavors are delicious. They offer a variety of treats beyond cakes, including pies and cookies, all available for pre-order online.
