Recently had dinner at Brio and was impressed with the laid back vibe, despite the restaurant not being very busy. The Gouda burger was delicious, but my wife's steak ended up being too rare for her liking. It was a bit disappointing that we had to wait for a replacement steak, but the staff did their best to make things right, which I appreciated.
