I should have taken the empty parking lot as a warning. On a day that every other wing place that we went to was extremely busy, I stopped here because there were zero patrons in this restaurant. The website shows that this location closes at 11:45p (no lobby hours nor were they posted in the store). I arrived at 10p to place a small order consisting of 2 sides. The person that helped me was very short and had a horrible demeanor. I ignored it because I was craving the sides I wanted and my usual store was so busy that they had to stop orders for a while. I placed the order and waited as I was told it'd only be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later my 13 year old told me that she had to use the restroom. I told her that there was on inside. She came in to use the restroom and the man (never wearing a name tag) was in the back side of the lobby immediately told her that the restroom was closed and she turned around and told me and went back to the car. I asked if the rr was closed or out of order because I saw no signage alluding to either. He immediately jumped to the offensive and in a raised tone said "IT'S CLOSED". I asked what time it closes and again in the same tone he stated " WHEN I SAY IT'S CLOSED, IM THE OWNER'. I told him my daughter had an emergency. His response in the exact same tone "WELL IF YOUR DAUGHTER DIDN'T COME IN HERE WITH AN ATTITUDE AND TRY TO WALK AROUND ME LIKE I'M JUST A WORKER I WOULD HAVE LET HER USE IT". I gave him a side eye and I sat back down and waited for my order for another 5 minutes. Once my order was ready I got it and began to have more thoughts about this interaction. On the way to my car I decided that if this is the owner of this store I would not choose to spend my money with his establishment. I turned on my sound recorder and I went back in and was greeted by him again (same irritated demeanor he previously had). I told him that I would like a refund. He began processing the my refund and snatched the bag from the counter and threw it behind him into the garbage can. The only next thing he said was tap your card without asking for my receipt or telling me the amount that was being returned to my account. I asked how much I would be getting refunded to verify that it was the same amount. He verified the amount and I tapped the card. Then he kept working on the register and told me to tap the card again with ZERO explanation. I asked why am I tapping it again and with the same attitude he said "because it didn't go through the first time". I let him know that he had a horrible attitude and his response with his neck rolling was "You're just mad that your daughter came in here with an attitude and I wouldn't let her use the restroom". I let him know that was not the only reason that I felt that way. He had a couple more snarky remarks and I said thank you (which I am kicking myself for continuing to remain polite after being treated this way) after he handed me the refund receipt. I will never return to this location and I hope this is this real owner because if not this person is running your business into the ground.
