Got a pack of Cinnabons. The cinnamon filling in them was disgusting. Didn't taste like cinnamon and had a slimy mucus texture. Tried to return them but had lost the receipt. The person working the front took the cinnamon rolls back and told me his rgm would call me. When I finally spoke with him I told him I didn't have the receipt but they had the old cinnamon rolls. All I had was the transaction on my bank which had the address and phone number and what I paid on it. Was told all they could do was give me new cinnamon rolls. Honestly they where so gross I didn't want to drive all the way there a third time for cinnamon rolls I wasn't sure would be the same as the ones I returned. I was willing to trade for something different or get a refund. They wouldn't do that. So I'm out $16 dollars. I will never go back to this place. I've had Cinnabon before and never have they tasted like that. Too bad. I feel robbed since I work hard for my money.
